I meet with David at least once a month in a business network and I happened to mention that my MacBook Pro wasn't working. I couldn't attend any zoom meetings as a result of this and I didn't know what the problem was. As he was explaining the probable cause, I'm sure he could see the confusion on my face so he took the laptop with him after the meeting had ended and within 4 hours he called me back to say it was up and running and it was ready for collection. Not only fast and effective but friendly and understanding service as always. Fully recommended. Thanks Dave and Panoptic IT staff.

I recently upgraded to a new laptop. Panoptic sourced quotes for the upgrade and relevant accessories and once I had made my selection, the laptop was sourced.
