IT support in Kilkenny, from the town we live in.
Kilkenny is our head office and our help desk, not a branch. The people who answer your call work from Newpark, and we have been running IT for businesses in this town for years.

The help desk is up the road.
Plenty of providers will tell you they cover Kilkenny. Fewer are in it. The difference shows up on the days when something has to be sorted in person, and on the days when you want to talk to a human who knows your building.
- You know who is coming out.The same engineers from the first conversation through to the work itself.
- Onboarding happens face to face.We come to you, meet the team and see the setup before we take it over.
- Escalation is a short conversation.Your call reaches the help desk here, not a queue in another country.
- We are accountable locally. Our name is on a door in this town. That concentrates the mind more than a service credit does.
Everything a Kilkenny business needs from an IT company.
One provider, one bill, one number to ring. The alternative is holding four suppliers together yourself, which is a job nobody hired you to do.

"Managing an environment with more than 1,100 people on site every day is a real challenge that they handle effortlessly."
Kilkenny College has been a client since January 2019, and it is in the same town as our office.

A dental practice and a wholesaler both need IT that works, and almost nothing else about them is the same. Knowing the difference is most of the job.

Questions Kilkenny businesses ask us.
Where in Kilkenny are you based?
Unit 7 Office, Block C, Newpark Shopping Centre, Kilkenny, R95 EYX7. It is our head office and our help desk, not a serviced desk. We also have an office in Cork, and some of the team works remotely.
How quickly do you answer?
Same day on every call and email, and most issues are resolved remotely inside the hour. When something needs a person on site, Kilkenny is the office they set out from.
How far around Kilkenny do you cover?
Kilkenny is in Leinster, and the head office covers the south east, which straddles both provinces. Carlow, Wexford and Laois are Leinster; Waterford and Tipperary are Munster, and all of them are routine from here. Our Cork office covers the rest of Munster. Some of our clients are in Carlow; the company is not, so if you want someone based in your own town we will say so.
Do you work with schools and larger organisations?
Yes. Kilkenny College has been a client since January 2019, with more than 1,100 people on site every day. Most of our work is with businesses of 10 to 250 staff, and the larger sites tend to need the same things done more carefully rather than differently.
We have someone in-house already. Does that rule us out?
Not at all, and it is a common shape. We take the monitoring, patching, security and out-of-hours load off your internal person so they can do the work only they can do. We agree who owns what in writing.
What does moving to you involve?
An audit of what you have, a plan you sign off, then a staged move with nothing important happening late on a Friday. We come out in person for onboarding, and most switches are complete inside 90 days.

Ring 056 449 1490 or book a call. We will ask what is not working, tell you what we would do about it, and you can decide from there. No obligation.
