Can we pick which services we take?

No. Every client gets the whole service: managed IT, all security, Microsoft 365 licensing and the Technology Success Program. Gaps appear when cover is assembled piecemeal, so we don't sell it that way.

Is Microsoft 365 licensing included?

Yes. Your Microsoft 365 licences sit inside the monthly fee, so there is no separate licensing bill to manage.

Is support included?

Yes. Support and SLA response are part of the monthly fee. You reach the service desk when you need it and an engineer who knows your setup gets to work, and it doesn't add to the bill.

Is there a long contract?

What does onboarding cost?
